Which skin types are Shugher rituals suitable for?
Shugher products are formulated to suit all skin types, including dry, oily, combination, and sensitive skin.
Our formulas are designed to support skin balance, hydration, and overall skin health. As every individual’s skin is unique, we recommend patch testing before first use—especially if you have sensitive skin or specific concerns.
Are Shugher products cruelty-free?

Yes. Shugher is proudly cruelty-free.
We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of development, and we ensure ethical standards are followed throughout our sourcing and production processes.

Are Shugher products vegan?

Yes. All Shugher products are 100% vegan.
Our formulations do not contain any animal-derived ingredients and are created with conscious, ethical choices at their core.

Do Shugher products have expiration dates?
Yes. All Shugher products have a defined shelf life.
You’ll find the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on our packaging, which indicates how long the product remains fresh once opened. For best results, we recommend storing products in a cool, dry place and using them within the suggested timeframe.
Are Shugher ingredients non-comedogenic?

Our formulas are thoughtfully created using ingredients known to be gentle and skin-friendly.
While we aim to avoid pore-clogging ingredients, skin responses can vary. We always recommend patch testing before use and consulting a dermatologist if you are acne-prone or have specific skin concerns.

We currently ship within Pakistan.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I return my order?

At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Why might I be asked to make an advance payment?

For some orders, we may request a 50% advance payment or 100% advance payment prior to dispatch.

All payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
