SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

(“Sale Period”)

These Sale Terms & Conditions (“Sale Terms”) govern participation in and purchases made during promotional sale events conducted by SHUGHER (PRIVATE) LIMITED (“Shugher”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through www.shugher.com (the “Site”).

By placing an order during the Sale Period, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Sale Terms, in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Returns Policy.

1. Sale Period & Availability

1.1 The Sale is valid only during the Sale Period stated above.
1.2 All offers are subject to product availability and apply while stocks last.
1.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict purchases per customer, household, address, or order, and to withdraw products from the Sale at any time without notice.

2. Pricing, Discounts & Promotions

2.1 Prices displayed during the Sale Period reflect the final discounted price applicable at the time of purchase.
2.2 No price matching, refunds, or adjustments will be provided for:

  • Orders placed before the Sale

  • Orders placed after the Sale

  • Price changes during the Sale Period

2.3 Discounts and promotional offers:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, loyalty rewards, or vouchers unless expressly stated

3. Final Sale Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)

3.1 All Sale purchases are FINAL SALE.
3.2 We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for Sale items except where required by applicable law.
3.3 Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected after placement.

4. Complimentary Gifts & Bundles

4.1 Any complimentary or promotional gifts provided during the Sale:

  • Are subject to availability

  • Have no cash value

  • Are not replaceable, refundable, or exchangeable

4.2 If a gift item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to:

  • Substitute with an item of equal or lesser value, or

  • Remove the gift without compensation

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

5.1 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we reserve the right to:

  • Verify orders via phone call, SMS, or email prior to dispatch

  • Cancel orders that cannot be verified

  • Refuse or cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent, duplicated, abusive, or placed in bad faith

5.2 Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in future order restrictions or account suspension.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Shipping times provided during the Sale are estimated only and may vary due to:

  • Order volume

  • Inventory availability

  • Courier capacity

  • Public holidays or force majeure events

6.2 We are not liable for courier-related issues, including but not limited to:

  • Delays

  • Losses

  • Service disruptions

  • Failed delivery attempts
    during the Sale Period.

6.3 Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

7.1 Customers must report:

  • Damaged items

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect shipments

within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.

7.2 Claims raised after this period may not be honored.

8. Product Information & Use

8.1 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors, textures, or packaging may vary.
8.2 Individual results may vary. Product benefits are not guaranteed and depend on personal usage, skin type, and conditions.
8.3 Products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or commercially distributed without written permission.

9. Order Refusal & Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel or limit orders

  • Void transactions

including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected misuse of promotions

  • Violation of our policies

  • Operational or technical issues

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, system outages, or courier disruptions.

11. Data Protection

Any personal information collected during the Sale is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Pakistani and international data protection laws.

12. Amendments & Termination of Sale

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Sale

  • Amend these Sale Terms

at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Sale Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Courts located in Rawalpindi / Islamabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
