At SHUGHER (PRIVATE) LIMITED, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across Pakistan. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Courier Partner

All orders within Pakistan are shipped via TCS Courier Services or other approved logistics partners.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

Delivery zones include:

  • Within City (Rawalpindi / Islamabad)

  • Same Zone (Punjab)

  • Other Zones (Sindh, KP, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan)


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel weight

  • Applicable fuel surcharge (FAC), GST, and courier charges

Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


5. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities/regions: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Most orders are shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • SHUGHER reserves the right to verify COD orders via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Unverified, suspicious, or repeatedly refused COD orders may be cancelled.


7. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via SMS or email

  • Tracking updates through TCS systems


8. Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct address

  • Active phone number

  • Availability to receive delivery

Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or unavailability may result in cancellation without refund.


9. Unforeseen Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier operational delays

SHUGHER shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos

  • Order number

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be entertained.


11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened personal care products.

However, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

only if:

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

Refunds (if approved) are processed via bank transfer within 7–14 business days.


12. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

  • COD orders refused at delivery may result in future order restrictions.


13. Sale Items

All sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect.


14. Limitation of Liability

SHUGHER’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
