All orders within Pakistan are shipped via TCS Courier Services or other approved logistics partners.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Parcel weight

Applicable fuel surcharge (FAC), GST, and courier charges
Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.
4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
5. Delivery Timeline

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Most orders are shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD).

SHUGHER reserves the right to verify COD orders via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Unverified, suspicious, or repeatedly refused COD orders may be cancelled.
7. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive:

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be entertained.
11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened personal care products.
However, we may offer:

The item was damaged in transit

The wrong product was delivered

The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
Refunds (if approved) are processed via bank transfer within 7–14 business days.
12. Order Cancellations
